AGREEMENT TO OUR REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We are XC SERVICES, doing business as Maximum Learning and ML (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our“), a company registered in India at CH-15 Chhijarsi, Sector 63A, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

We operate the website https://maximumlearning.io (the “Site“), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms“) (collectively, the “Services“).We are an open learning and teaching platform.

Thank you for purchasing our courses at Maximum Learning. We’re committed to providing you with high-quality education and resources to help you succeed in your career. Our top priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • We offer refunds on purchases of our courses (online and offline) within 7 days of the purchase date or within 1 week of joining classes.
    • To be eligible for a refund, you must atleast attend 3 classes (online or offline).
    • Please note that any refund will not be processed if you have not attended minimum 3 classes.
  2. How to Request a Refund?
    • To request a refund, please contact us at support@maximumlearning.io with your registration number/order id and state your reason for the refund request.
    • You may also contact support staff at the offline branch to get help with your program or to request a refund.
    • Our customer service team will review your request and determine your eligibility for a refund based on the criteria mentioned above.
  3. Refund Process:
    • If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    • You will receive the money within a 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:
    • The following items are not eligible for refunds:
      • Any downloadable digital products or materials included with the course.
      • Access to any bonus materials, resources, or private communities associated with the course.
  5. Batch Exchanges:
    • You can request a batch exchange before or during your program.
      You can only request a batch exchange once during your program.
    • You may contact support@maximumlearning.io or support staff at the branch to request a batch exchange. Our support team will review your request and process your request if necessary. Please note that we may not approve your batch exchange request.
  6. Cancellation of Admission:
    We reserve the right to cancel any admission if any our our policies or terms are violated.
    We may cancel your admission if we have no participation from your end for more than 2 weeks (such as not attending classes, not completing tasks and assignments given by us or the professor).
    In case of cancellation of your admission, you are not liable to receive any refund.
    In case you want to re-join your program, you will have to pay full fees again and go through the registration process again.
